We are planning to establish Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) in my company and I would like to understand different steps and roadmap to create the same.

If you have any experience or some material/best practices around how to create Agile CoE and different things (Training, Coaching and other creative ideas..?) that we can do then please share with me.

1 ) To provide common platform for Agile need and socialize Agile at team and org level 2) Provide centralized Agile Repository3) Create a virtual agile community/expert 4) Any other things that help org to embrace agile or increase their maturity
