Hello,

I'm sending you this email on behalf of the organisation of Conferencia
Agile Spain 2014 (CAS2014). CAS is the main agile conference in Spain.
This is the 5th edition of the conference and we would like to make this
edition memorable.

Historically, the target of CAS was mainly spanish people with a
technical background and had around 300 atendees. This year we would
like not only to make it more international by inviting people from
other european communities, but also to double the number of attendees.

Furthermore, we'd like to also reach the management layers from
traditional IT spanish companies, so that we might help them change
their minds and start thinking that Agile might be a good way to be more
successful and humane companies.

In order to achieve these goals we are trying to bring the best speakers
we can. Right now Jurgen Appelo, Bjarne Bogsnes and Sandro Mancuso have
confirmed their participation. We also have proposals coming from other
very well known people from Spain and abroad. But we'd like to raise the
bar even more by bringing more awesome people to the conference, both as
speakers and as attendants.

That is why we are asking for your help.

It would be an honor to have you in our conference and it would be even
better to have you as a speaker.
