I am sure the majority of you have experience with user stories. My name is Garm Lucassen and I have worked with user stories for about 2 - 3 years as a software developer. Now, as part of my PhD research at Utrecht University, I am conducting a survey on user stories as a means to express software requirements and we are incredibly interested in hearing your thoughts.


Our goal current is to determine to what extent practitioners perceive user stories to increase their work productivity and quality. In the end, my personal objective is to legitimize user stories as a best practice among academics - a fight that surprisingly hasn't been fought yet.
