I am  Thom Manuel Osaki Miller,a PhD student of University of Port Harcourt Nigeria. I am making a research onRisk management in Agile Software Methodologies. Scrum and XP agile methodswere chosen for my


work. i need you to help me withsome information and they are as follows:




 
1. do you utilize agile method ofdevelopment? if yes, which of the methods or hybrid do you use?2. how is Total Risk Amount calibrated in the agile method you use?
 
2. can you state some of the development process risks and task(s) affected by each of them? what monetaryvalue do such tasks have?


3. how many software projects (statetheir sizes) on average do you execute/annum? please state no of team(s) involvedand cost/software  project.

Here are answers to your questions:
1. Agile methods: Scrumbut, a tailored version of Scrum.
2. Risk management was prepared outside of Agile, using Yellow, Red, Green levels to assess risk and risk mitigation.
3. Development risks are primarily feature delay and software quality. The monetary risk numbers would be meaningless, but if feature development took too long, there was monetary impact.
4.Projects: 4 projects, 1 team (8 people). Projects is a strange measure This was really one project - one software system -- but with several major features to be created, so I named it 4 projects.
