WEBINAR OUTLINE:

In 2012 the national Audit Office published a paper of Governance for Agile delivery, drawing on examples from the private sector and identifying four key principles that would help govern programmes as the new approaches and "clock speed" of agile software development started to replace traditional "waterfall" methods and the governance frameworks that had evolved over the previous 50 years. In this webinar Chris will review the four principles, assess their relevance as agile has developed since 2012, and note some of the main developments in governance for complex transformation programmes. You will learn how to:
- Test common mobile scenarios like degraded network conditions, conflicting apps, and incoming texts
- Factor in users’ demographic differences
- Ensure the right handoff from the business to the DevOps team
- Deliver a memorable mobile user experience

I've been involved in business transformation since the 1980s with Philips Electronics, Deloitte and then Cornwell. I've now been at the NAO for two years as a digital expert reviewing programmes across UK government and at the United Nations.I've seen what goes around and what's come around, and under all the 'ologies and acronyms, I've found that it is a truth universally acknowledged that people who talk to each other and people who plan things deliver more than people who don't.
