Hi All,
Jim Shore and I have presented our Agile Fluency⢠model at user group meetings, west coast Agile Opens and other conferences. You may have had a chance to see and comment on it. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions our colleagues like you offered over the years we were developing it and, since we published it in August 2012, many of you have also told us how itâs helped organizations.
Weâre taking a next step and want to invite you to come along with us. On May 20, we launched the Agile Fluency Project. http://project.agilefluency.com
What is the Agile Fluency Project? Weâve begun with a workshop event and will continue based on more feedback, suggestions, and other input from people like you. We expect part of it will include developing further supporting materials, part of it will be online events and other opportunities to learn to apply the model in your organizations.
If youâd like to stay up to date with the model, the project, the game, and all the other associated ideas, events and materials, please support us at http://project.agilefluency.com
We will not spam this list with additional information about all that entails because it may not be pertinent for everyone.
We hope youâll want to join us on the path that leads to the right package of Agile Fluency skills for you!
Diana
